Under European law, the name “Prosecco” can only be applied to wine that is made from Prosecco grapes grown in the Valdobbiadene, Conegliano and the vineyards in the Veneto regions of Italy. La Cantina Pizzolato estate is located in the rich and flourishing countryside in the north of Treviso, Italy and the vineyards are situated on the plains and hillsides, in the Veneto I.G.T (Indicazione Geografica Tipica) area.

Pizzolato’s PROSECCO VENETO is made from USDA National Organic Program Certified Grapes, certified in Italy by BIOS. The grapes are handpicked and vinified using the Italian Charmat method, with temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel and secondary fermentation in sealed tanks for 30 days. The wine is then promptly bottled and released.
