PORTLAND, ME. - The first All Things Organic™ New Product Competition will be held in recognition of the best new organic products of 2009 during the 2009 All Things Organic Conference and Trade Show, held June 16-18, 2009, in Chicago, IL, at the Lakeside Center at McCormick Place.
On Wednesday, June 17, 2009 from 12noon to 3pm, a distinguished panel of food professionals will gather onsite to judge the selected finalists and choose the winners. The 2009 categories include:
• Best Overall Organic Retail
• Best Overall Organic Foodservice
• Best Overall Organic Ingredient/Application
• Best Overall Organic Non‐Food
• One “New Organic Product Grand Award” will also be awarded.

The winners for the competition will be announced at 5 p.m. the evening of Wednesday, June 17 during a special Awards Reception near the New Products Showcase in the lobby of the show hall. The event is open to the media and all show attendees.
